Comp. Install-'97 Dodge Intrepid (2nd install)
We felt it was time for a new install. So we looked for anoter company to try. Being very familiar with the Bazooka brand, I wanted to go with them.   They gave us a chance, and then I was recruited by Dragster of America. I decided I would have Connie finish the Bazooka install, so I could concentrate on Dragster. After the Dragster fiasco was over, I was forced to remain out of the competition loop for two years (per the rules)

So most of this car was built by Connie Davidoski(my wife), Ember Davidoski (daughter),[Lil] Robby Davidoski (son), and Angel Hurlbutt(sister-in-law).......a true family affair!
Schematic by Grafiix Inc.
Here are a few shots under the hood, showing some of the changes made from the previous install.
(Left) A Pioneer Premier DEH-P940 was used for the source unit. The dash trim was repainted. The a/c bezel is textured like the kit, so everything looks right. There are two voltage guages above the radio, one for each charging system.
(Right)The factory radio was disassembled to make this cover for the Premier deck.
Connie and Angel did 90% of the kick panels. These are Bazooka 6 1/2" mids. There are also a pair of Bazooka 4" 2-way mids in the dash.
These are the side panels in teh trunk. (Left) This is the actual security system for the vehicle. The Viper 550 has a dual-stage shock sensor, remote start, and battery back-up. There is also a channels expander that allows the alarm to also control various other functions in the vehicle, via remote.
(Right) This the radiator for the amplifiers. The Bazooka amplifiers in this install are liquid cooled. All of the panels you see here were built, then finished by Connie and her crew.
These two pic's show the six 10" woofers in the sparetire well. The amprack was located under the rear deck. (Left)The center amp is actually a shell. It is motorized to open, and reveal the fuse/dist blocks for the system. There were three 500 watt amps in the rack for the subs. A fourth amp, (four channel)was used for the mids and highs.
(Right) this shows the 'closed' rack.
