This customer brought in a set of jet ski's, asking about stereos. Me and a former installer (Pablo) did the job. We sealed a pair of Bazooka 6 1/2" marine speakers on each side of the watercraft. There is a sealed compartment under each seat. We put the cd players in there.
The 1st install (left) was headed up by another former installer(Ricky Gutierrez) and I helped where I could. He left before the job was finished, so I had to complete it.
The customer wanted more bass, but was limited on space because of his air ride system. I built a bigger box, then moved some other stuff around. The end result (right) doesn't look like much changed, but it did!
Rebuild in Nissan 350z
This is the same 350 found on Pg 8 of Customer's installs. While the car is getting done in stages, we have completed the hatch area, and added some new stuff to the car. We contracted out for a sunroof to be installed in it, and added a back up camera for the in-dash screen.
90% of the cars panels have been covered with Carbon-fiber vinyl. Here you can see the mootrized amprack in the "up"position. notice all of the reworking in the hatch area.
Most of the hatch panels were fabbed. everything was wrapped in the same vinyl, to add a custom look to the car.
The area under the rear strut bar was wrapped in the same pattern, but dyed silver. This added a little contrast to all of the black vinyl in the car. This area will be utilized later for some other custom touches.
The sealed box has mirror in the bottom of it, and plexiglass windows to see inside. There are blue neon mounted all around the inside of the box.
