This is a custom fuseblock I made for the 0g power wire. Every once in a while, I'll have to come up with something. We do not usually carr ANL fuse holders. We keep circuit breakers in stock, I like using fuses.
The back of the box covers up all of the wiring and the Kinetik power cell that is installed here. I added the Lincoln logo, to help break up plain, flat look of the panel.
The amp rack is built on top of the box. The two JL Audio amps are wrapped on three sides by the rack. I left the heatsinks exposed for better cooling. The rack fits tight on the sides, and follows the amp lines accross the front. I dropped in an old neon tube in front of the amps, to light up the seam there. since there was a little room in between the amps, I shaped and polished a piece of plexi to put there. It has red LED's under it to add to the look.
There are three JL Audio 10w6v2 subwoofers mounted in this ported box. I built the front out of plexi, and mirrored the whole inside of the box. Since the port was taking up space on one side of the design, I added a pinted piece of lexan to the other side to give a more balanced look. The Kinetik power cell id hidden on this side. I had some dead space above the subs, it was the perfect place for a plexi window. I sanded the back of it togive it a course finish. After it was all finished, it helped to break up some of the light from the neon tube mounted in front of the amprack.
